Off the Kilos!

Offff the Kilos!

I went jogging with my mum and TJ this morning and I thank God for the time that we can spent together. Really enjoyed jogging with TJ, oh...and he is just so cute! At the start of our jog, he'll always be in front of me, pulling me along by his leash. However, as we jog further, he'll be behind me, then I'll be like "TJ, quick quick, you're getting slower", and in his very competitive nature to be 'in front of me', he'll gear up and run faster. Sometimes, we'll need to cross the overhead bridge, and TJ being tired, would literally stare at the flight of stairs, with both his paws on the first step and refused to climb. (okay...i'm not being a sadist here who tires out my dog, I do let him rest after running some distance =D) Usually TJ and I will run while mummy does her normal brisk walk, and TJ being 'the nice son' would occasionally turn back to check if mummy is still behind us.

TJ had showed me what it means to be a faithful friend and I'm thankful that the Lord is my most faithful friend, who'll stand by me always. Similarly, I want to be loyal and faithful to God as well, so that one day, when I see my Lord face to face, He'll take me in His arms and say, "Well done, my faithful friend".

"For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations" -Psalm 100:5
